All items are handmade from scratch and created to order. Where an item is created bespoke, personalised, or made to a customer’s specific measurements or requirements, it is exempt from the right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. As such, bespoke items are non-returnable and non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In the unlikely event that an item is faulty or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
