Where an item is created bespoke, personalised, or made to a customer’s specific measurements or requirements, it is exempt from the right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. As such, bespoke items are non-returnable and non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
